EQUIPMENT: The legendary Mask, which gives him computer-enhanced vision and an intimidating appearance. (It also functions as a normal hockey mask.) Also wears super- armor, impervious to most rays and projectiles.
EXTRA POINTS FOR: Tenacity, and ability lead a team of wildly diverse (to say the least) personalities.
PERSONAL PENALTIES: Occasionally plagued by self-doubt; unsure if ability to lead comes from within or from the Mask.
OVERHEARD: "Hey, I didn't ask for this job!" "How 'bout a nice friendly game?"
IDOL: The legendary Drake DuCaine, who imbued the mask with strong leadership qualities, and whose legacy Wildwing feels he must carry on.
VOICED BY: Ian Ziering

PLAYER: NOSEDIVE

POSITION: Hip, happenin', aggressive duck and the team's chief wisequacker.
EQUIPMENT: Hand-held puck launcher, which only fires non-explosive pucks.
EXTRA POINTS FOR: Strong hockey and combat skills; youthful enthusiasm; withering sarcasm; most likely to break the fourth wall and wise-off to the TV audience.
PERSONAL PENALTY: Not quite as great as he thinks he is.
OVERHEARD: "Lissen up, bad guys! There's a new sheriff in town -- and he's wearin' feathers!"
IDOL: His older brother, Wildwing. (They have a Wally and the Beaver-type relationship.)
VOICED BY: Steve Mackall

PLAYER: MALLORY

POSITION: Martial arts expert, demon on ice, perfectly feminine girl-next-door.
EQUIPMENT: Martial arts prowess makes weaponry redundant; she only carries "utility pucks."
EXTRA POINTS FOR: Sees situations clearly; asks the right questions; persistently tries to get Tanya to lighten up.
PERSONAL PENALTY: A klutz when it comes to mechanical devices.
OVERHEARD: "Guess you never tangled with a duck before, pal!"
IDOL: Gabrielle Reese, glamorous volleyball champ.
VOICED BY: Jennifer Hale

PLAYER: TANYA

POSITION: Scientific expert
EQUIPMENT: The Omnitool, the ultimate hi-tech Swiss army knife. A wide range of devices can emerge from the Omnitool's tip -- a chainsaw, a laser, a drill, a sonic metal- cutter, etc.
EXTRA POINTS FOR: Epitome of cool in the most dangerous situations, Tanya embraces reason and logic.
PERSONAL PENALTY: Like the level-headed Mr. Spock, emotions are puzzling to her.
OVERHEARD: "I found this chain of stores called 'Compu-Shack' -- it's fabulous - - they've got everything!"
IDOL: Anyone but Grin, whom she considers an absolute flake.
VOICED BY: April Winchell

PLAYER: DUKE L'ORANGE

POSITION: Former cat burglar and outlaw, now a crusader for all that is good and honest.
EQUIPMENT: The duck saber, a kind of fencing foil with a duck-mask hilt that slices through most materials, including concrete and metal. As a true gentleman, Duke would never use it against a living opponent, except to disarm him.
EXTRA POINTS FOR: Devastatingly stylish; uses previous membership in notorious Brotherhood of the Sword crime ring to the advantage of the good guys.
PERSONAL PENALTY: Well, you gotta admit that membership-in-the notorious- Brotherhood-of-the-Sword-thing is a bit unsettling.
OVERHEARD: "Put away those ridiculous blasters, or I'll be forced to turn you all into scrap-metal!"
IDOLS: James Bond and Errol Flynn.
VOICED BY: Jeff Bennett

PLAYER: GRIN

POSITION: Generally large guy and hockey Zen master; spouts Eastern-style-New Age philosophy even as he crushes opponents with his sheer bulk.
EQUIPMENT: With his brawn, he is his own equipment.
EXTRA POINTS FOR: Approaching all foes with a spiritual centeredness; to say his size is impressive would be an understatement -- this is a very big duck.
PERSONAL PENALTIES: A duck of few words; can seem reclusive; almost too strong for his own good.
OVERHEARD: "Be one with the boards!" "Karma always gets you in the end."
IDOL: Deepak Chopra
VOICED BY: Brad Garrett

PLAYER: PHIL

POSITION: Team business manager and promotionally- minded deal swinger.
EQUIPMENT: Cell phone, beeper, car fax.
EXTRA POINTS FOR: Wholeheartedly (but reluctantly) supports the Ducks' ongoing battle against evil.
PERSONAL PENALTIES: Always looking for an angle; perpetually cooking up outrageous publicity schemes; always negotiating something.
OVERHEARD: "No team-logo cocktail napkins! The Ducks don't do cheap, that's crass exploitation! But, team-logo baby wipes? That's more like it! Ciao, babe!"
IDOL: Don King
VOICED BY: Jim Belushi

PLAYER: CAPTAIN KLEGGHORN

POSITION: A Captain in the Anaheim Police Force.
EQUIPMENT: His citation book and handcuffs.
EXTRA POINTS FOR: Always letting the Ducks off the hook, even though he suspects them first when anything goes wrong.
PERSONAL PENALTIES: His temper is as fiery as his red hair and the one thing that riles him up like no other is . . . Ducks!
OVERHEARD: "If there were evil aliens operating outta my precinct don't you think I'd know?"
