The snake-obsessed owner of Vipertronics, and traitor to Earth. When Dragaunus makes the Ducks "disappear," resulting in an apocalyptic version of Anaheim 10 years in the future, it's revealed that Viper was left in charge of the planet as the Saurians left to conquer more worlds. Using Dragaunus' DNA Accelerator, he has merged with his beloved snakes, turning himself into a snake-like creature with further snakes for hands.
When the Ducks ultimately return to the present, they find that Viper and Dragaunus have collaborated to build the Super Raptor, a much larger, much more dangerous version of the familiar Raptor that doesn't require belyrium crystals for power. Unsurprisingly, said new ship has a fatal flaw, an unprotected ventilation port, that allows the Ducks to dispatch the Super Raptor in record time, taking out Viper's headquarters in process.
